  • The Chief Operating Officer will play a central role in building and scaling the operational, financial, and compliance infrastructure of Opportunity Capital. This is a hands‑on leadership role focused on establishing core systems, overseeing fund operations and reporting, and supporting investor engagement and external partnerships. Working closely with the Founder/CEO, the COO will help position the organization for long‑term growth as it develops a new model for financing programs that increase earnings.
